Chocolate Coconut balls
3 C quick oats 1 ⅓ C coconut ⅓ c unsweetened cocoa 2 C sugar ½ c milk ½ c butter
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl. In saucepan, stir sugar and milk, add butter, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour over dry mixture and stir until blended. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Cool about 2 hours.
