Deviled Eggs
6 hard-boiled eggs, refrigerated Mayonnaise Yellow Mustard Pepper Salt Paprika
Slice eggs lengthwise, scoop out yolks. Place eggs, hollow side up on platter. Place yolks in small bowl, crumble with fork. Add mayonnaise and mustard to bowl, mixing, one tablespoon at a time, alternating until desired consistency and flavor is attained. Mix in pepper and salt to taste. Spoon mixture into hollows of eggs. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve cold.
