EASY Glazed Carrots
Ingredients: 2 lb bag of baby carrots (fresh, not frozen) ¼ cup water 1 Tbs corn starch ½ cup packed brown sugar 1 Tbs butter (or hard margarine) melted
Place carrots in 3 ½ quart slow cooker ('Crock-Pot') Stir water, cornstarch, brown sugar and margarine together in small bowl. Pour over carrots. Cover. Cook on high 3 to 4 hours. Stir before serving. This is SO easy to make, and a big hit at Holiday dinners. A vegetable dish even the kids will love!
