Garlic Bread

1 loaf fresh bakery Italian bread, 
unsliced
1 clove fresh garlic, pushed through a 
garlic press
3 tablespoons margarine
oregano
grated parmesan cheese

Slice the bread lengthwise and open flat onto a cookie sheet. In a microwave safe bowl or mug, place pressed garlic, then margarine, microwave on high about 40 seconds, until margarine is melted. Pour margarine mixture over the two bread halves, spreading evenly. Sprinkle on oregano and cheese. Bake at 450 about 5 minutes, until lightly toasted. Slice and serve.
