Muchos Nachos

1 lb 85% lean ground beef
1 package lower-sodium taco seasoning
water
white-corn tortilla chips
shredded Monterey jack cheese
sliced jalapenos
sour cream
salsa

Brown ground beef in pan. Add seasoning and mix in some water, return to heat, heat on low for about 5 minutes. Put chips on a microwave safe plate, spoon some meat mixture on top. Place some cheese on top, then top with some jalapenos. Microwave on high about 1-2 minutes. Add sour cream and salsa as desired. You can make individual servings, having each person top as desired. You may also serve the chips separately, so that they remain crisp!
