Under 5' 4', But Not Short on Style?
If you are a 'Petite' woman (defined by the retail fashion industry as 5'4' and under), you may be frustrated by the task of finding quality stylish clothing that really fits.
I definitely fall into this category, in fact the 5'4's out there have a full 5 inches on me! My favorite clothing store is definitely Petite Sophisticate.
I can walk into this store and find literally arm-loads of clothes that I love! The styles are up-to-date, the colors are beautiful, and they always have collections that can be mixed and matched to make perfect outfits.
As someone in a customer-service industry, I also appreciate good service, and I always find it at Petite Sophisticate. As soon as I have a couple of items in my hands that I want to try on, a helpful sales associate will come to me and ask if I want her to 'start a dressing room' for me?I've never had that kind of service in the larger department stores! And, when I pay for my items, they are always folded carefully and wrapped in attractive tissue paper, sealed with a gold seal. I always feel like I've been treated to a shopping trip at an exclusive boutique.
While the prices can be higher than some of the department stores, Petite Sophisticate does offer sales on a regular basis, and if you are on their mailing list you may receive dollars-off certificates occasionally. Also, the items I purchase there are often classic styles, and of good quality, so that I find some items are an investment I can wear for years. You will also find outlet stores at the major outlet malls.
